Amy Shuster serves as Chief Financial Officer of Compass Group, Inc. She originally held the CFO position from 1999 to 2014 and rejoined the company in 2019. Amy brings extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, supporting Compass Group’s continued growth and stability.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Masters of Business Administration. Originally from the Buffalo, New York area, Amy has called Nassau County, Florida home since 1995. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her partner, Steve, and her two grown children
