Grayson has been on the Compass Group team since 2016. He started in construction by working for an electrical contractor in Macon, Georgia. He loves working for Compass Group because of the tight-knit and family-oriented team.

Grayson holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Georgia Southern University. In his free time, you can find him outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, and golfing.
