The TownePlace Suites project in Jacksonville, FL is a six-story, 93-room extended-stay hotel encompassing approximately 60,711 square feet. Constructed using a block and hollow-core plank structural system, the building provides durability, efficiency, and speed of construction while supporting a vertically integrated layout. Delivered under a Construction Management / General Contracting approach, the project was successfully completed within a 12-month schedule, demonstrating strong coordination and execution. The facility includes a mix of studio and one-bedroom accommodations typical of the TownePlace Suites brand, along with associated public and back-of-house spaces, resulting in a well-planned hospitality asset that maximizes performance within a compact mid-rise footprint.

The SpringHill Suites in New Smyrna Beach, FL is a coastal, beachfront hospitality project delivered as a design-build development and completed in just 14 months. The multi-story hotel is constructed utilizing a podium structural system, with elevated guestroom levels supported above a structured parking deck, including parking located beneath the building footprint and partially below grade to maximize efficiency on a constrained site. The structure features a pre-panelized and engineered wall system combined with pan deck and cast-in-place concrete floor construction, providing durability, speed of erection, and structural performance in a coastal environment. The design incorporates a dedicated parking level with ramp access and controlled clearances, with accessible parking positioned on upper levels due to height limitations at the lower deck.
